To cancel an order (the whole order or individual items) in the online shop, you need to find the "Cancel order" button in your customer profile, located in the Orders section.

You can cancel an order until it has been handed over to a courier or parcel delivery service. If the order can no longer be cancelled, the cancel button will not work (in this situation, simply refuse to accept the order from the courier/do not collect it from the parcel service).

After cancelling the order, its status will change from "Cancel order" to "Cancelled". If payment has already been made, we will refund your money within the next 2 to 3, but no longer than 14 days.

Your complaint will be dealt with within 14 days from the moment we receive your complaint.
